Sarasota Wellness MD is a medical home for patients seeking personalized and comprehensive functional medicine and wellness care in Sarasota. We focus on disease prevention, promoting wellness and finding the root cause of disease. Each patient will receive the time he/she needs to discuss problems and symptoms and ways to prevent disease.

Our vision at Sarasota Wellness MD is to guide and teach each patient how to prevent, resolve, improve or manage chronic disease and promote wellness through diet, exercise and lifestyle modifications, limiting the need for medication.

We are now offering a concierge model with Dr. Fabiani (package pricing) and continue to offer a fee for service model with Dr. Teav (Pay per visit). We do not participate in any insurance plans directly, however there may be some reimbursement under “out of network” benefits if you check with your insurance. We do not submit to insurances, that is the patient’s responsibility if desired.
